1. Choose a manufacturer

Although there are nearly a hundred manufacturers of edging machines out there, there are only about 10 manufacturers like YBKE with large production scale, stable product quality, perfect after-sales service system and high reputation. You must choose these manufacturers first when buying. In addition, if you need to purchase more types and quantities of edging machines, it is best to use the same manufacturer.

2. Choose the type of edging machine

There are many types of edging machines, and how to choose depends on the characteristics of the processed products and the scale of production.

How to choose must be combined with the requirements of processed products. 

(1)If there are many types of products designed and processed and the batch size is small, it is more appropriate to choose a special-shaped machine; 

(2)If the types of products designed and processed are small and the batch size is relatively large, it is more appropriate to choose a touch machine；

(3)If the designed and processed product is round, oval or other special-shaped glass, you can only choose a special-shaped machine or a profiling machine (because the straight-line rounding machine cannot grind round or special-shaped workpieces). 

(4)If the designed and processed product is rectangular or rectangular glass, you can only choose straight-line round-edge machine or straight-line double-round-edge machine (because special-shaped machines and profiling machines generally cannot grind straight-line round edges)；

(5)When the product accuracy requirements are not very high and the production batch is not too large, you can choose the general straight edge  machine (because its price is lower); 

(6)If the product accuracy is high and the production batch is also large, choose the straight double-sided circle Edge machine is more suitable.
